Returns are only accepted if the wrong item is received or if your order is delayed beyond 10 working days (courier delays excluded).
If approved, items must be unused, unopened, and returned within 7 days of delivery. Restocking fees and return shipping charges may apply.
Refunds are processed within 10 working days.
If your parcel is lost by the courier, a replacement will be issued after investigation.
